While working independently, you will be guided by some of Canada’s most experienced labour and employment counsel.
At our core we are advocates, representing employers in labour negotiations and arbitrations, and at all levels of Canadian courts – from employment-related actions, to applications for judicial review of administrative tribunal decisions, to Charter litigation. Our specialized knowledge covers a wide range of sectors, from technology to financial services, education to municipalities and healthcare to social services.
We are committed to the education of our clients through training workshops and conferences. We play an active role in our regions through local associations and charities and anticipate that you will, as well.
