Amy Sherrard is a labour and employment lawyer in Hicks Morley’s Toronto office. She advises employers and management in both the public and private sector on a wide range of labour and employment matters. This includes labour disputes, grievance arbitrations, wrongful dismissal litigation, human rights complaints, employment standards, employment contracts and related litigation.
Amy received her J.D. from the University of Ottawa. While at law school, she served as a member of the executive of the Employment and Labour Law Students’ Society. Prior to law school, Amy obtained a Bachelor of International Business from Carleton University. She articled with the firm before returning as an associate in 2016.
