Brendan Scott is a labour and employment lawyer in Hick Morley’s Toronto office. He provides advice to employers and management in both the private and public sectors on a wide range of labour and employment matters. This includes wrongful dismissal litigation, labour disputes, grievance arbitrations, occupational health and safety, human rights complaints, and employment standards.
Brendan received his Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School. While at law school, Brendan volunteered in the Administrative Division of the Community and Legal Aid Services Programme and was an associate editor of the Osgoode Hall Law Journal. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from McMaster University and a Master of Arts in Communication and Culture from York University. Brendan articled with the firm before returning as an associate in 2017.
