Caitlin Morin is a pension and benefits lawyer in Hicks Morley’s Toronto office. She advises both public and private sector employers and plan administrators on regulatory, governance, and compliance matters affecting pension, retirement, and group benefit plans. She also advises clients on employment issues related to compensation and benefits.
Caitlin received her law degree from McGill University. Before attending law school, Caitlin received a Bachelor of Arts degree (Honours) from the University of Ottawa.
Prior to joining Hicks Morley, Caitlin practiced in the pension and employment group at a large Canadian law firm. Most recently, she worked in-house as a policy and legal advisor to one of Canada’s largest public sector pension plans.
