Jordan Michaux is a lawyer in Hicks Morley’s Toronto office who regularly acts for management in a wide range of matters related to statutory compliance, wrongful dismissal, employment standards claims, human rights complaints, and privacy and information security.
Jordan obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Victoria. While in law school, he represented the University in a range of competitive moots, and received awards for distinction in advocacy and legal research and writing. After obtaining his Juris Doctor, Jordan clerked for a panel of judges with the British Columbia Supreme Court. Prior to joining Hicks Morley, Jordan was an associate at a boutique commercial litigation firm in Vancouver.
