Lydia Bay is a labour and employment lawyer in Hicks Morley’s Waterloo office. She provides advice and representation to employers and management on a wide range of human resources matters, including practical and strategic advice on issues relating to human rights and accommodation, grievance arbitrations, employment standards, wrongful dismissals and related litigation.
Lydia received her joint Masters of Industrial Relations and Juris Doctor degree from Queen’s University. Prior to law school Lydia graduated with distinction from the University of Guelph with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree, specializing in Human Resources Management. Lydia summered and articled with the firm before returning in 2015 as an associate.
