Patrick Moran is a senior labour and employment lawyer in Hicks Morley’s Toronto office. His practice focuses on all matters relating to labour and employment law including arbitration, negotiation, provincial and federal labour board matters, workplace human rights and occupational health and safety.
With over 35 years of experience advising public and private sector employers, Patrick is known as a practical problem-solver who brings a down-to-earth and creative approach to the practice of law. He works closely within the municipalities and construction industry groups and has acted as counsel to both the employer bargaining agencies and major employers in the elevator industry nationally and in the power sector in Ontario.
Patrick currently chairs the firm’s Construction group and previously served on the firm’s Executive Committee. He has taught Business Administration at the University of Western Ontario, Kings College and Management Development Programs at Fanshawe College.
