Margaret Szilassy is a labour and employment lawyer in Hicks Morley’s London office. Margaret’s practice includes all aspects of labour and employment law, she has a particular focus on occupational health and safety and human rights matters.
Margaret’s practice frequently includes working closely with clients to develop proactive strategies to resolve workplace issues. She regularly leads seminars for employers on a wide variety of topics including workplace harassment and discrimination prevention, managing unacceptable conduct and safety-related initiatives. Margaret also is a regular instructor at the firm’s Workplace Investigation Training workshops.
