Martin Addario is a senior lawyer in Hicks Morley’s Toronto office. With more than 35 years of experience, Martin advises a variety of private and public sector employers in the beverage, mining, petrochemical, auto and aerospace and municipal sectors.
Martin appears as counsel on a full range of labour relations and employment law matters including collective bargaining, arbitrations, restructurings, labour board matters and human rights proceedings. He also counsels clients respecting the benefits inherent in a positive employee relations program.
Martin is the chair of the firm’s Labour Relations practice group. He is a frequent speaker at seminars and training sessions on a wide variety of issues facing management in labour and employment law.
