Mireille Khoraych is a labour and employment lawyer in Hicks Morley’s Toronto office. She provides strategic human resources advice to clients across various public and private sectors, including both federally and provincially regulated employers, with a view to providing practical, solution-focused advice.
Mireille’s practice encompasses all areas of labour and employment law, with a particular emphasis on statutory compliance, workplace policies, executive compensation, contract negotiation and drafting, employee privacy and attendance and disability management. A substantial part of Mireille’s practice is also dedicated to human rights matters, both within and outside the area of employment.
Mireille has appeared before various administrative tribunals and arbitrators, and all levels of court in Ontario, including as lead counsel at the Court of Appeal for Ontario. She is a senior associate and is a member of the firm’s Social Services, Human Rights and Education practice groups, amongst others.
