Stephanie Ramsay is a labour and employment lawyer at Hicks Morley’s Toronto office. She advises public and private sector employers on a range of labour and employment issues, with a focus on human rights and accommodation, workplace harassment, wrongful dismissal defence litigation, employment standards, employment contracts and workplace policies.
Stephanie has represented employers before the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal, the Ontario Labour Relations Board, the Superior Court of Justice and the Small Claims Court.
Stephanie has particular experience advising clients in the retail sector. Prior to joining Hicks Morley, Stephanie was in-house Labour & Employment counsel at a leading Canadian retailer and was previously an associate at a national labour & employment law boutique. Stephanie obtained her J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School.
