Wallace Kenny is a management labour and employment lawyer located in Hicks Morley’s Toronto office whose practice engages the entire human resources landscape. His focus is on representing employers in organizing campaigns, collective bargaining negotiations, rights arbitrations, restructuring and purchase and sale transactions.
Wallace acts on behalf of a wide variety of public and private sector employers in industries that include community colleges, retail, healthcare, manufacturing, hospitality, mining and resources, social services and gaming.
Wallace is the chair of the firm’s Community Colleges practice group.
