In light of all of the concerns and developments currently facing us as a society, there are many rapidly evolving issues for employers.
Health, safety and privacy concerns continue to evolve daily and, in some cases need to be looked at in the context of a remote workplace. At the same time, there are changes to the Employment Standards Act that are being brought in by the Provincial Government.
Specific issues to be addressed include:
