Provides training to film and television productions regarding respect in the workplace.
Defended a company in an inquest into a scaffolding collapse at a concert.
Acting as counsel to professional sports leagues in the defence of concussion class actions.
Successfully represented a professional sports league in having the B.C. Superior Court, the B.C. Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada (leave to appeal denied) dismiss a former player’s concussion claim.
Acting as chief spokesperson for a professional sports league in collective bargaining negotiations with the Players’ Association.
