Paul Broad Quoted in National Post Newspaper

Hicks Morley’s Paul Broad was quoted in the May 4, 2011 edition of the National Post Newspaper. In an article entitled “Farm labour ruling boon to employers”, Paul commented on the Supreme Court of Canada’s recent decision in Ontario (Attorney General) v. Fraser, and the questions left open with respect to collective bargaining and representation rights.
