William LeMay Quoted in Law Times

Hicks Morley’s William LeMay, was quoted in the November 12, 2012 edition of Law Times. In an article entitled “OBA wants ADR at heart of WSIB appeals modernization,” Will comments on the OBA workers’ compensation law section submission to the WSIB’s consultation process. He states “The OBA group has a unique perspective because we have members, who represent both employees and employers, and one of the areas of consensus was ther we as a bar need to do more in terms of ADR and early dispute resolution in order to streamline appeals.”
