Jennifer J. Querney

Jennifer is a labour and employment lawyer in Hicks Morley’s Toronto office. She provides advice and representation to employers and management in both the private and public sectors on a wide range of labour, employment and human rights issues including grievance arbitrations, collective bargaining, labour disputes, occupational health and safety, human rights and accommodation, wrongful dismissals, constructive dismissals and employment standards.

Jennifer obtained her law degree from the University of Windsor. She also has a Master of Arts in public policy and administration from Ryerson and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in legal studies and business from the University of Waterloo.

Jennifer was a varsity athlete (volleyball) and was a best overall mediator’s award recipient in the Great Lakes Mediation Moot, while in law school.
