More than ever, electronic technology is essential in the workplace. But what does this mean for employers when conducting workplace investigations? How does the use of technology change the legal requirements employers need to follow? The panel speakers will discuss various technologies employers can utilize and the various privacy implications they pose. They will also outline practical steps to reduce risk that the use of such technologies is found in breach of employer privacy investigations.
