Nigel McKechnie will be moderating the OBA’s program on the civil trial process. Designed with both experienced litigators and recently called lawyers in mind, this program will reveal the trial techniques that work, and the mistakes litigators often make.
Nigel maintains a fully bilingual practice and he regularly litigates matters before the courts and administrative tribunals. He attempts to settle disputes whenever possible but prides himself on being ready to go to court or arbitration when the situation warrants.
