Lukas Furlan

Lukas Furlan is a labour and employment lawyer in Hicks Morley’s Toronto office. His practice involves providing strategic advice and representation to employers and management in both the private and public sectors on a wide range of issues including grievance arbitrations, collective bargaining, labour disputes, occupational health and safety, human rights and accommodation, and employment standards.

Lukas received his Juris Doctor from Queen’s University. Throughout law school, he worked as a research assistant, held a leadership position with the Queen’s Business Law Clinic and participated in various advocacy competitions. Prior to law school, Lukas received his Honours Bachelor of Arts from Queen’s University, where he majored in political science and graduated with distinction.

Lukas articled with Hicks Morley before returning as an associate in 2024. Outside of work, Lukas enjoys staying active, cheering on the Toronto Maple Leafs and exploring new restaurants around the city.
