Kimberly Dias

Kimberly Dias is a labour and employment lawyer in Hicks Morley’s Toronto office. Her practice involves providing strategic advice and representation to employers and management in both the private and public sectors on a wide range of issues including grievance arbitrations, labour disputes, workplace safety and insurance, human rights and accommodation, and employment standards.

Kimberly received her Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law. Prior to law school, she received her Honours Bachelor of Arts with Distinction from the University of Toronto. In addition to being a caseworker with Downtown Legal Services, Kimberly served as a junior editor for the Critical Analysis of Law Journal and as a volunteer with the Digital Verification Corps while studying at the University of Toronto.
