Biography

Chloe Fraser is a recent graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School. Prior to attending law school, she graduated on the Dean’s Honour List from the University of Calgary, where she was awarded First Class Distinction for her Honours major in Law and Society.

During law school, Chloe volunteered with the Community & Legal Aid Services Program and Artist’s Legal Advice Services, where she supported clients through intake and summary advice processes and assisted in the delivery of accessible legal services. Through these experiences, she developed a strong appreciation for client-facing work and helping individuals and organizations navigate complex workplace issues. Combined with her participation in negotiation and arbitration-based competitions, including the Osgoode Hockey Arbitration Competition and the Frozen Open Osgoode Moot, along with serving as a research assistant for a negotiation course, these experiences shaped her interest in labour and employment law and strengthened her practical, solutions-oriented approach to legal problem-solving.

Outside of work, Chloe enjoys staying active, following professional sports, and exploring Toronto’s food scene.
