John Saunders Quoted in the paNow

Hicks Morley’s John Saunders was quoted in a June 2, 2015 paNow (Prince Albert. Right Now!) article entitled “POLL: Facing rising fire dept. labour costs, P.A. calls in big-city lawyer“.

The article focuses on the decision made by the City of Prince Albert to hire John to represent and help handle its current round of labour negotiations with the union representing the Prince Albert Fire Department’s staff. John is ‘calling for more co-ordination between municipalities’ and states that “the fire association does that, our side does not”. He suggested ‘data sharing, co-operation and financially assisting other municipalities engaged in labour disputes’.
