Meghan Ferguson Quoted in Law Times on Bill 168
Hicks Morley’s Meghan Ferguson was quoted in the June 14th edition of Law Times in an article entitled “Few Ready for Bill 168”. The article talks about the new workplace violence amendments to the Occupational Health and Safety Act (Bill 168) which come into effect June 15, 2010. Meghan discusses how employers needed a year to meet all the requirements of Bill 168 including creating a workplace violence prevention program.
