Hicks Morley’s Nadine Zacks was quoted in the January 15, 2016 The Lawyers Weekly article entitled “Broader Scope to Sexual Harassment Law.” The article focuses on the increasing obligations of employers as a result of Bill 132, Sexual Violence and Harassment Action Plan Act (Supporting Survivors and Challenging Sexual Violence and Harassment). Nadine explains that policies will have to be created to address sexual violence against students at publicly-funded colleges and universities and private career colleges.
