Key provisions and implications of the new Chronic Mental Stress Policy for municipal employers is reviewed in “The WSIB Chronic Mental Health Policy: What Municipal Employers Need to Know and How it Will Impact Them.” The changes impact all workplaces that fall under mandatory WSIB coverage or have obtained optional coverage from the WSIB.
