We Welcome Two New Associates to the Firm

Hicks Morley is pleased to announce that two new associates have joined the firm in our Toronto office.

Mari Maimets advises employers in all areas of employment law including wrongful dismissals, employee terminations and reductions in force, human rights and the duty to accommodate, employment standards, and workplace policies and investigations. She advises clients across multiple industries and she has significant litigation and advocacy experience, having represented clients in proceedings before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Court of Appeal for Ontario and various administrative tribunals.

Agatha Suszek represents and advises employers on a variety of matters related to employment law and human rights. She provides advice on a number of workplace-related issues including discrimination, accommodation and discipline, and she has developed expertise in advising clients on a variety of privacy and freedom of information matters. She has appeared as counsel on matters before the Superior Court of Justice and various tribunals.
