Ryan Markesic

Ryan Markesic is a labour and employment lawyer practising out of Hicks Morley’s Toronto office in all areas of workplace law and in civil litigation. Ryan has assisted in arbitrations, tribunals and matters before all levels of courts including the Federal Court and Federal Court of Appeal. He has a particular interest and experience in advising and representing colleges and universities on a variety of issues.

Thomas Trudell

Thomas Trudell is a graduate of the Canadian and American Dual J.D. Program between the University of Windsor and University of Detroit Mercy Law. Prior to attending law school, Thomas worked for the World Bank after he graduated from McGill University, with a major in political science and a minor in French language and literature.

Aimee Veiner is a graduate of the University of Toronto Faculty of Law. Prior to attending law school, she graduated with High Distinction from Carleton University, with a Bachelor of Journalism with a minor in law.

Rebecca Stein is a graduate of the University of Windsor, Faculty of Law. Prior to attending law school, Rebecca graduated with distinction from Western University with a Bachelor of Arts, Honours Specialization in Political Science.

Cemeka Douglas is Hicks Morley’s Manager, Student Programs. Based in our Toronto office, Cemeka is responsible for managing the firm’s student recruitment processes and for supporting the development, mentorship and overall experience of the firm’s summer and articling students.
