Andrew Easto

Andrew Easto is a pension, benefits and executive compensation lawyer in Hicks Morley’s Toronto office. He provides advice and guidance to employers and plan administrators navigating the regulatory, transactional and governance landscape of pension plans, group benefits and incentive compensation.

Andrew earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto, where he was the co-chair of the Tax Law Society and an editor of Law Follies. He also served on the Peer Membership Program Executive Committee. Andrew received the Goodmans Prize and the McRuer Scholarship for attaining the highest grade in administrative law. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in history with minors in English and human geography. Prior to joining Hicks Morley, Andrew articled and worked in-house at a large public school board.
