Diana Mansour

Diana Mansour is a litigation lawyer in Hicks Morley’s Toronto office. She provides advice and representation to management in both the private and public sectors on numerous issues such as wrongful dismissal and disability claims, class actions, defamation, wrongful competition, historic sexual abuse claims, judicial reviews and appellate litigation.

Diana received her Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor, prior to which she received a Bachelors of Arts and a Master of Arts degree from Wilfrid Laurier University. Diana’s courtroom experience includes appearances as counsel in various levels of court including courts of first instance and appellate courts.

Diana is a proud member of the Canadian Armed Forces Reserves where she serves as a Legal Officer in the Office of the Judge Advocate General.
