Biography
Katherine Ford is a knowledge management lawyer practising out of Hicks Morley’s Toronto office. In this role, Katherine is responsible for enhancing the firm’s practice efficiencies and knowledge-sharing, both within the firm and with clients.
Prior to joining Hicks Morley, Katherine was the manager of knowledge management with an employer-side labour and employment law firm in Toronto where she had previously practised.
When not keeping current on new and evolving trends in the legal world, Katherine enjoys reading, playing tennis and spending time with her family.
