Kenji Nuhn is a labour and employment lawyer in Hicks Morley’s Toronto office. He advises and represents employers on labour, employment and human rights issues. This includes wrongful dismissal litigation, grievance arbitrations, labour disputes, collective bargaining, human rights and accommodation, workplace safety and insurance matters, and employment standards compliance and litigation.
Kenji obtained his Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School, where he received awards for academic excellence in labour, employment and administrative law. During law school, Kenji was the president of Osgoode’s Labour and Employment Law Society and he volunteered at a legal aid clinic.
Prior to law school, Kenji worked as a human resources professional for a large organization.
Outside of his practice, Kenji enjoys playing hockey, spending time with his dog and watching a good television series.
