Rebecca Feldman

Rebecca Feldman is a labour and employment lawyer practising out of Hicks Morley’s Toronto office. She offers advice and representation to employers in the public and private sectors on a wide range of labour and employment matters. This includes grievance arbitrations, human rights and accommodation complaints, employment litigation, labour disputes and workplace health and safety.

Rebecca obtained her Juris Doctor from Western University’s Faculty of Law. While at Western, Rebecca volunteered for Pro Bono Students Canada, worked as a teaching assistant, co-chaired the Student Careers Committee, acted as managing editor for Western Law’s online newspaper and conducted research for the development of a business law textbook. Rebecca also frequently participated in advocacy competitions.

Prior to law school, Rebecca earned an Honours Bachelor of Commerce in marketing management from the University of Guelph. Rebecca articled with Hicks Morley before returning in 2023 as an associate.
