Sean Sells is a labour and employment lawyer in Hicks Morley’s Toronto office. He advises employers, administrative tribunals and governmental committees on a wide range of litigation, pension, constitutional law, administrative law and labour and employment matters.
Sean acts as counsel on disputes involving the enforcement of non-competition, non-solicitation, confidentiality agreements, fiduciary duties and wrongful competition by former employees and business owners, pension litigation, judicial review and injunction proceedings. He regularly advises and assists employers to prepare for and manage their workplaces during labour disruptions, strikes and lockouts.
