Shauna Bartlett

Shauna Bartlett is a labour and employment lawyer with Hicks Morley’s Ottawa office. She provides advice and representation to employers and management in both the public and private sectors on a wide range of labour, employment and human rights issues arising from the workplace. This includes wrongful dismissal actions, collective bargaining, labour disputes, grievance arbitrations, occupational health and safety, human rights and accommodation and employment standards.

Shauna routinely reviews and revises clients’ internal policies, handbooks and workplace contracts in a strategic capacity. She received her Juris Doctor from Queen’s University, where she was the recipient of the Queen’s Law Prize in Collective Agreements and the Vincent Principi Memorial Award in Labour Law. Shauna articled at Hicks Morley’s Ottawa office in 2020 before returning as an associate in 2021.
