Tom Moutsatsos is a senior litigator at Hicks Morley’s Toronto office. He is experienced in the full range of employment and labour issues affecting employers, with an emphasis on civil litigation. Tom advises clients on a variety of employment and labour matters, including executive employment and compensation matters, acquisitions, terminations, injunctions, human rights, collective agreement administration, policy development and discipline and discharge.
Tom regularly acts as employer counsel before arbitrators and administrative tribunals and has represented employers before all levels of the courts of Ontario. He has a great deal of experience advising and representing employers in the financial, insurance, school board, energy, gaming, manufacturing and airline sectors.
Tom frequently speaks at conferences and has been invited to speak on a number of occasions by the Conference Board of Canada on various employment matters. He has also been a regular speaker in the Queen’s University Executive Program.
