Andrew N. Zabrovsky

Andrew Zabrovsky is a partner in Hicks Morley’s Toronto office and is the chair of the firm’s Human Rights Practice Group. Andrew advises clients in both the public and private sectors on all aspects of their labour and employment relationships, with a specific focus on human rights litigation, labour arbitration and workplace accommodation issues.

Colin Youngman

Colin advises and represents both unionized and non-unionized employers throughout Eastern Ontario. He is regularly engaged in wrongful dismissal litigation, labour arbitration cases, Ontario Labour Relations Board proceedings and human rights proceedings.

George G. Vuicic

George is a labour and employment lawyer in Hicks Morley’s Ottawa office. In his fully bilingual practice, he advises and represents employers on a broad range of labour and employment issues including litigation, regulatory prosecutions, arbitration and labour board proceedings.

Amy R. Tibble

Amy advises employers on a variety of matters related to litigation, employment law, human rights and labour relations. She has appeared as counsel on various litigation matters—particularly executive-level matters—and has extensive experience in all issues related to the employment relationship. She advises clients across the country as well as U.S.-based clients with operations in Canada.

John W. Saunders

John has over 30 years of experience advising employers on a wide range of labour and employment issues. His practice includes collective agreement negotiations, rights and interest arbitrations, human rights applications, occupational health and safety matters, and wrongful dismissal litigation.

Lauri A. Reesor

Lauri advises a wide variety of employers with respect to labour relations and employment issues, with a particular focus on human rights litigation, pay equity, labour arbitration and education law with a concentration on special education.
