Rhonda Levy is our Knowledge Management Lead operating out of Hicks Morley’s Toronto office. Rhonda leads our Professional Development program and maintains that innovation through legal technology is crucial. Deeply committed to current awareness and lawyer and client education, Rhonda is responsible for monitoring legislative developments, significant judicial decisions and arbitral awards, and for ensuring that our lawyers and clients are made aware of them in a timely manner. She is also dedicated to providing our lawyers with a robust collection of knowledge management resources so they can practice in an agile manner.

Justin Jalea is an employment, labour and human rights lawyer in Hicks Morley’s Ottawa office. His practice includes providing advice and representation to employers in the public and private sectors on a wide range of human rights and employment matters. Justin brings a unique lens to legal practice with a multidisciplinary background in DEI strategy, higher education, and the arts.
Mari Maimets
Mari advises both Canadian employers and U.S.-based clients with operations in Canada on matters related to litigation, employment law and human rights. She has extensive experience representing clients in disputes before the courts and administrative tribunals including wrongful and constructive dismissal claims, human rights disputes, disability-related claims, workplace sexual assault claims, and executive compensation claims.
