Biography
Diana Oproescu is a student at the Lincoln Alexander School of Law. Prior to law school, she attended the University of British Columbia for her undergraduate studies, where she obtained a major in sociology and a minor in
political science. She then completed her M.A. in Criminology and Sociolegal Studies at the University of Toronto.
As a law student, Diana has honed her oral advocacy skills through participation in various moot competitions. She secured first placed in the 2024 Lincoln Alexander Negotiation Cup and went on to place third in the 2025 Canadian National Negotiation Competition. Diana is also committed to student leadership, having served as the Director of Communications for the Lincoln Alexander Law Students Society.
Outside of work, Diana enjoys exploring new coffee shops in Toronto, staying active, and reading a good book. She also has an intermediate understanding of French and Romanian.
