Overview
At the OCASE Symposium, Sean Reginio will be speaking to superintendents, principals and school board personnel who work in special education across Ontario. He will address the following topics from a legal perspective:
- individual education plans (IEPs) and identification, placement and review committees (IPRCs)
- the implications of not identifying students through IPRCs
- the importance of effective note-taking for legal purposes
- exclusions, calming rooms, staff protection and more
Sean will also answer any questions attendees may have.
