Eligibility
This Prize Draw is open to all persons residing in Canada, with the exception of Quebec, of at least the age of majority in their province of residence.
How to Enter
No purchase necessary. To participate in the Prize Draw, you simply have to complete and submit the entire “Advantage CPD Events Feedback Survey” by clicking the link provided to you by email, and include your full contact details* in the electronic form. One entry per person.
*Optional. Anonymous entries cannot be considered for the Prize Draw.
Additional requirements: Entrants must respect the limits outlined in the Rules and Regulations, otherwise the Prize Draw organizers reserve the right to cancel one or several of their entries.
Prize Draw
The following Prizes are offered: 1 of 5 Passes to a One-Day Hicks Morley Training Workshop.
Prize valued at approximately $780 CAD + tax
Prize Description
The Prize of one of five passes to a Hicks Morley Training Workshop is for one-time use only, and only for the Winners’ use. It may not be distributed or sold, or otherwise used for commercial or personal gain, other than for the purpose for which it is intended. Hicks Morley reserves the right to modify or cancel the Prize at their discretion.
Prizes: i) are subject to availability; ii) are valid on new registrations only, not retroactive; iii) may not be combined with any other offer; iv) have no cash value; v) are not transferrable; vi) cannot be exchanged by the Winner; vii) are redeemable only for a Workshop session conducted at the offices of Hicks Morley; and viii) must be redeemed by December 31, 2018.
Winners must contact Hicks Morley directly to arrange Prize redemption by emailing conferences@hicksmorley.com by November 30, 2018.
Once the Winner has registered for the Prize and the Prize has been confirmed by Hicks Morley, the Winner may not change the Workshop Training topic or date. Hicks Morley reserves the right to approve any registration requirements.
Hicks Morley expressly disclaims any responsibility and Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hicks Morley and any Prize Draw partners from and against any and all claims, actions, demands and/or liability for injury, damage or loss whatsoever relating to or arising in connection with participation in this Prize Draw (regardless of the cause of such injury, damage or loss) and/or the delivery and/or subsequent use or misuse of any of the Prizes awarded.
The following conditions apply:
i) the Prize is not exchangeable and non-transferable; ii) the Prize has to be accepted as it is; iii) the Prize is subject to availability; iv) if the Prize or a portion of it is not used, no compensation will be given; and v) dates are subject to change by Hicks Morley.
Workshops will be conducted at the offices of Hicks Morley. Winners are responsible for transportation to and from the Workshop location.
Selection of Winners
On October 11, 2017 in Toronto, at the offices of Hicks Morley, the selection of five (5) individual Winners will be held among all eligible entry forms registered in conformity with the above requirements, in order to attribute the Prizes described above.
In order to be declared a Winner, you must abide to all conditions related to the Prize Draw. Finalists are not official until they are contacted by a Hicks Morley representative.
Failing to comply with one of the conditions stated in the section above or any of the conditions provided in these Hicks Morley Prize Draw Rules, the entry of the finalist will be cancelled without any liability to the Prize Draw organizers whatsoever, (provided such Winner complies with these Hicks Morley Prize Draw Rules).
General Conditions
Verification: Entries are subject to verification by the Prize Draw Organizers, and Participants agree to cooperate fully with Prize Draw Organizers in such respect.
Refusal to accept a prize: The refusal of a participant to accept a prize according to the terms and conditions of these Rules releases the Prize Draw Organizers of any obligation related to that prize towards that participant.
