Overview
Nigel McKechnie and Nabila Farid will present a legal update to help navigate legal changes in the manufacturing sector. They will discuss Bill S-211, An Act to enact the Fighting Against Forced Labour and Child Labour in Supply Chains Act and to amend the Customs Tariff, the Working for Workers Four Act, 2023, and new legal employment precedents.
