Biography
Bradley Gavin-Williams is a labour and employment lawyer in Hicks Morley’s Toronto office. He represents employers in grievance arbitrations, human rights applications, and employment litigation, and advises them through collective bargaining.
Bradley advises employers on workplace policies, employment standards compliance, and human rights issues, helping clients manage risk before it becomes a dispute. Before law school, he worked as a manager in a unionized retail environment, where he interpreted and applied workplace policies and the collective agreement. He also administered progressive discipline, handled return-to-work conversations, and navigated accommodation requests. This experience shapes the practical advice he gives clients today.
Bradley received his J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University. He spent two summers as a student at Hicks Morley, before returning to complete his articles. Outside of work, he enjoys running, exploring new restaurants with friends, and planning his next vacation.
