Hicks Morley’s Craig Rix co-authored an article, along with Karen Gordon of Squeaky Wheel Communications, featured on the cover of the July 2015 issue of Municipal World magazine. In the article entitled, “‘No Comment’ Is Not the Answer“, Craig addresses social media best practices and the important role of strategic communications in the context of collective bargaining in the municipal sector.
