Frank Cesario Elected to the Advocates’ Society Board of Directors

Hicks Morley is pleased to announce that Frank Cesario has been elected to the Advocates’ Society Board of Directors. For more than 50 years, the Advocates’ Society has been a trusted resource for thousands of advocates across Canada who want to learn, teach, connect and best serve their clients and the justice system.

Frank is a partner in Hicks Morley’s Toronto office and a member of the firm’s Litigation  Practice Group. Frank has particular expertise in administrative law and judicial review, appeals, and litigation relating to employment disputes and executive compensation, pension and benefits, disability claims, shareholder disputes, restrictive covenant enforcement, class actions, and injunctions.

In addition, Frank has represented clients in trials, appeals, commercial arbitrations, tribunal hearings and labour board and arbitration proceedings. He has appeared as counsel in all levels of court in Ontario, in the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta, the Federal Court, the Federal Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Canada.
