Lexpert® Names Greg Power one of its “Rising Stars” of 2016

Hicks Morley is pleased to announce that Greg Power has been named one of Lexpert’s 2016 Rising Stars: Leading Lawyers Under 40.

Lexpert recognizes Greg as a “problem-solver” and acknowledges his outstanding work for employers   across the country. He has negotiated collective agreements and represented clients in employment related litigation in every province. In the past, he has represented a publicly traded company in wrongful dismissal litigation where it was alleged that the company engaged in the bribery of foreign government officials. He has also represented clients in situations involving post traumatic stress disorder for first responders and acted as lead human resources counsel to one of the worlds largest courier companies in the sale of its Canadian operation. Greg is also recognized for his past service as a University of Toronto Student Mentor and for his leadership of Hicks Morley’s participation in Bikes for Tykes in support of children with cancer.
