Natasha Monkman Quoted in the Financial Post
Hicks Morley’s Natasha Monkman was quoted in the March 28, 2013 edition of the Financial Post. In an article entitled “Supreme Court of Canada refuses leave for appeal of Carrigan pension decision,” they comment on the Financial Services Commission of Ontario’s letter and state, “it remains to be seen whether there will be any policy or legislative changes to restore FSCO’s interpretation of section 48 or to address some of the administrative concerns raised by the decision.”
