We Welcome Four New Associates to the Firm
Hicks Morley is pleased to announce that four new associates have joined the firm in our Ottawa, Toronto and Waterloo Offices.
Michael Babe is joining our colleagues and continuing his labour and employment practice in Hicks Morley’s Ottawa office. Michael looks forward to serving our clients and providing support to them on a wide range of labour, employment and human rights related matters. Working with both our private and public sector clients, Michael brings with him prior experience handling wrongful dismissal claims, human rights complaints, and labour disputes.
Diana Mansour is joining our growing litigation practice in Hicks Morley’s Toronto office. Diana’s practice will include management-side advice and representation touching upon the full range of our work including wrongful dismissal and disability claims, class actions, defamation, wrongful competition, historic sexual abuse claims, judicial reviews and appellate litigation.
Clare Wooland is joining our Pension, Benefits and Executive Compensation practice group in Hicks Morley’s Toronto office. Clare’s practice will focus on providing strategic and practical advice to employers and administrators on the regulatory, governance, taxation and human resources aspects of retirement, group benefits and incentive compensation arrangements.
Larissa Putt is joining our colleagues and continuing her labour and employment practice in Hicks Morley’s Waterloo office. Larissa’s practice will round out the services we provide to our clients including grievance arbitration, labour disputes, collective bargaining and human rights advocacy work. She also provides employers with practical guidance on a wide array of statutory compliance related matters including employment standards compliance.
