We Welcome Two New Associates to the Firm

Hicks Morley is pleased to announce that two new associates have joined the firm’s Toronto office.

Caitlin Morin is a pension and benefits lawyer who advises both public and private sector employers and plan administrators on regulatory, governance, and compliance matters affecting pension, retirement, and group benefit plans. She also advises clients on employment issues related to compensation and benefits.

Ryan Freeman is a labour and employment lawyer who provides strategic advice and representation to employers and management in both the public and private sector on a wide range of labour and employment issues, including wrongful dismissal actions, employment standards, human rights, labour disputes, arbitration, collective bargaining, construction labour relations, health and safety, and workers’ compensation.
