Ryan Markesic is a labour and employment lawyer practising out of Hicks Morley’s Toronto office in all areas of workplace law and in civil litigation. Ryan has assisted in arbitrations, tribunals and matters before all levels of courts including the Federal Court and Federal Court of Appeal. He has a particular interest and experience in advising and representing colleges and universities on a variety of issues.

Michael Lalonde

Michael Lalonde is a law student at Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto, with a strong academic and professional foundation in civil litigation and labour and employment law. He holds an B.A. (Hons.) in History with a minor in Speech Communication and an M.A. in History from the University of Waterloo, as well as an M.A. in International Affairs from Carleton University.

Bowen Ross

Bowen Ross is currently a second-year student in the J.D. program at the University of Ottawa. He holds a Master of Arts in Public and International Affairs and an Honours B.Sc. (Hons.) in Conflict Studies and
Human Rights with a minor in Political Science from the University of Ottawa. Bowen is returning to Hicks Morley after completing his first-year summer with the firm.

Haneen Bishara

Haneen Bishara is a second-year student in the HBA/JD Dual Degree Program at the Ivey Business School and Western Law. Before attending Western, she specialized in Globalization Studies at the Centre for Global Studies at Huron University College.
