Bowen Ross is currently a second-year student in the J.D. program at the University of Ottawa. He holds a Master of Arts in Public and International Affairs and an Honours B.Sc. (Hons.) in Conflict Studies and
Human Rights with a minor in Political Science from the University of Ottawa. Bowen is returning to Hicks Morley after completing his first-year summer with the firm.
